🎨 Event Services

  • Customers may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled event to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.


🖼️ Art Prints & Other Items

  • No automatic refunds will be issued for art prints or other physical/digital items.

  • Any request for a refund must be submitted for approval by the company admin.

Include the following in your email:

  1. Order Number

  2. Date of Purchase

  3. Reason for Refund Request

Refunds will only be considered if all required details are provided.


⚖️ Disputes

All refund requests and disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the admin of MyArtFrequency.
